Chatelherault Country Park wedding menus

The meal package also includes tea/coffee and after dinner mints along with complimentary water and orange juice for the tables.

And we look after the little ones too with our Children’s Menu which is £16.50 for children aged 5-12 years old and children under three eat free!

We will be happy to discuss any ideas that you have to make sure that you have the perfect wedding menu. We are also able to cater for the majority of dietary requirements (please advise of any requirements in advance).

Your food choices must be submitted to us nine weeks in advance with pre-orders for food sent to us three weeks in advance. The final bill will be prepared three weeks in advance once numbers and pre-order have been submitted and the bill must be settled at least one week in advance.

Grilled Stornaway black pudding topped with tomato chutney and melted goats’ cheese and served on a bed of micro-herb salad with a balsamic vinaigrette

Homemade rich slow cooked steak pie served with roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables

or

Breast of chicken on a bed of haggis served with dauphinoise potatoes and seasonal vegetables and drizzled with a peppercorn sauce

Cumin, butternut squash and lentil wellington served with baby new potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Homemade deep filled apple pie served with vanilla custard or fresh Scottish cream

Ruby chocolate cheesecake served with fresh strawberries and fresh Scottish cream

Chatelherault has developed a small and cosy wedding ceremony and meal package for your nearest and dearest; 20 of your closest family and friends (including the newly-weds!)

We will help you create great memories surrounded by your closest loved ones, where you can focus on creating a personal and unforgettable experience for you and your guests.

Chatelherault offers you exclusive use of our West Wing and private enclosed Parterre Gardens where you will feel relaxed and enjoy a really special and person atmosphere.
