The beautiful and elegant Assembly Room within Low Parks Museum is the perfect setting for your civil, religious or humanist ceremony.

The museum buildings are historically significant and were once part of the Duke of Hamilton's estate. In the 18th century, the Assembly Room was a fashionable meeting place for Hamilton's high society and still retains its original plasterwork and musician's gallery.

The private courtyard gardens adjacent to the Assembly Room with its charming pagoda, provides an elegant backdrop for your wedding photographs. The courtyard makes a perfect setting for a champagne reception and for guests to relax al fresco.

The Assembly Room also boasts a baby grand piano available for use which, with the room's marvellous acoustics, can add a memorable musical element to your special day.

Weddings are available between mid January and mid November.

The museum also has good on site parking.
