Suppliers may have access from 9am on the day of the wedding and we will set up all chair, tables, table centres etc. Decorations, place cards, centre pieces, cake etc can all be delivered beforehand; however access to the Banqueting Room before the day of the event is restricted and must be arranged by the Event’s Team beforehand. If you have ordered your chair covers through Chatelherault, we will fit these for you and take them off after your event; however, if you have ordered your chair covers from another supplier, you or your suppliers will be required to fit these and arrange for uplift after the event.
